This Wednesday, April 22nd, Dothan Leisure Services will host the city's Pitch, Hit & Run Competition at Doug Tew Recreation Center. The competition gets under way at 5:30 and is intended for Dothan residents only. This nationwide opportunity offers youngsters a chance to participate in the official baseball skills of Major League Baseball. Winners of each age group in the local competition will advance to the sectional event. A birth certificate is required to participate and the age determination date is July 17th.
