Dothan Leisure Services is conducting a third lifeguard training session from March 16th through April 2nd. The class occurs on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6 - 9 PM. To participate, you must be at least 15 years of age and able to demonstrate basic swimming skills. Once you complete the course, you will receive an American Red Cross Lifeguarding and Standard First Aid certificate valid for two years. Summer lifeguarding jobs are available with the City of Dothan. If you are interested in working for the City of Dothan this summer, the classes are free of charge.
